This year edition Re:Collect Street Art Festival will take place in Tulcea, Romania between 10 July -18 July 2016.

RE:COLLECT – Collecting Ideas and Resources for a Creative Society, is a project co-funded by the European Union in partnership with BorderGate Association from Torino.

We are looking for mural artists
Materials, accommodation and food are free. We can reimburse transport in the limit of 170 euro for italian participants and 80  euro for romanian participants.

Deadline for submitting your application 20 may 2016.

ELIGIBILITY:
– age between 18- 30 years old( not to be born later then June 1986)
– have Italian  nationality or residence

– have Romanian nationality
