Q: How long are you into graffiti/murals ? Give me little background of your starts.
-I draw since my childhood, perhaps because my mother loved to draw, so she was buying me paint sets. In my hometown the graffiti scene wasn’t developing so quickly, but at some point I saw some different graffiti on the walls. I was fascinated and it seemed so unusual for me. Later I found out where one can buy some spray cans, read various magazines with graffiti and it seemed impossible for me.
Q: How did you learn the drawing skills? Do you have formal art training?
I briefly studied painting and drawing at the Art University but could not finish it , because it was difficult to combine education and work. I also studied at the School of Design. Most importantly I’m learning every day by myself, practicing creativity and communicating with different people.
Q: How would you describe your style?
I find it difficult to describe my style , I try to experiment with shapes, I want my work to be different or maybe I’m keep on searching. This may be understandable laconic form or a crazy explosion of emotions and trash colors.
Q: Tell us about your passion for letters. There are not so many female artists doing letters.
I said that I love experimenting, and I write not only letters . When I studied at the School of Design, we had a lesson in typography, then I got interested in the letters as something more. Letters can write about something. Or just „scream his name on the wall” – I am here, in this huge world!
Q: Is there any particular message that people should read from your art?
Whatever i do comes from my soul, it’s not always something with a deep meaning. The most important thing is that everyone who sees my art interprets it differently, however he wants.
Q: What’s your favorite medium to work with?
I use many different materials. Spray cans are my favorite , but I like tempera, oil, acrylic , markers, рencil. It can be listed endlessly.
Q: As any artist,you love to travel and paint. How much does the current place you live helps you to get inspired? Where do you feel most comfortable?
It is not the place that inspire me but people that i meet.
Q: As a female artist, what are some of your greatest challenges or obstacles you face?
Оbstacles are many, but they are insignificant for those whose life is graffiti.
Q: What are some of your interesting experiences ?
It’s difficult to answer this quetion, every day is full of interesting experiences.
Q: What’s your best motivational lesson for the beginners?
More practice, do not be afraid of experimentation, and never give up 🙂
