Q:How long are you into graffiti/street art/illustration/other? Give me little background of your starts.
Well⦠the story begins with a magical beautiful wondrous loving energy that made a home inside me. That energy continues to live so the story goes on..
Q:How did you learn the drawing skills? Do you have formal art training?
My first official teacher of art was my grandfather, when I was tiny happy kid so it sort of runs in the genes. Yes I had formal training but I manage to escape that. š
My art itās a good feeling that I honor with gratitude. A daily gift. My skills for it feed on joy.
Q:How would you describe your style?
I wouldnāt and I hope is ok. š
Q:Is there any particular message that people should read from your art?
Yes, my message is simple: I love you + thank you.
Q:What’s your favorite medium to work with?
Basically all good vibes that suite me.
Q:You love to travel and paint. How much does the current place you live helps you to get inspired? Where do you feel most comfortable?
My current place provides some inspiration + some refreshment but the places that trigger in me the most beautiful feelings are warm sunny places with pure untainted nature + beautiful beaches with lovely blue water, with coconuts trees + some birds & monkeys around.
Q:As a female artist, what are some of your greatest challenges or obstacles you face?
Well.. this is funny⦠sometimes I lose precious time thinking about waxing the hair of my legs or other parts of my body, plucking my eyebrows, watch my siluette and all that narcissistic stuff.
This time could be invested in self acceptance, love, joy + art, for me and the world.
Sometimes I wish I could make flip flops when I feel like it, head stands, climb in trees and other awesome stuff that boys usually do.
Some time ago I obsessively wished I had a 6 pack abs or something close to that, so I was putting time&effort into that, can you imagine? :))
Q:What are some of your interesting experiences?
I went skinny bathing in a beautiful Lithuanian lake in the summer.
I traveled āsoloā for 6 moths in South East Asia.
I kept a silent day while hitch hiking.
I walked barefoot in the jungle.
I went 4 hours continuously on a motorbike ride.
I gave all the money I had at one point with me, for an expensive airplane ticket, just cause I had the feeling to fly there.
I played in a Indonesian film as main actress.
I saw a komodo dragon.
I ate durian & I loved it!
I ate a raw potato.
I managed to forgive people that were unfair to me and see the good in my each experience.
+..
Q:What’s your best motivational lesson for the beginners?
Your art is your gift to yourself , this world, this Universe.
Forget about the about the separation between beginners or professionals⦠make your art with trust, enjoinment and good feelings.
Keep you inner child alive and happy cause it takes power to keep positive. Trust that at least one person you will inspire at one point.
Play! Be a clown, put a smile on peopleās hearts, be serious, put beauty in your art, kindness… do good with it, be a respectful rebel, be a peaceful warrior, acknowledge the art of others let yourself get inspired by it in your own unique style⦠express yourself, be always honest, do everything you feel without guilt, with happiness + good feelings. If you make a mistake, just apologize & it will be ok.
Inspire yourself, relax, enjoy your time, have positive intentions.
Remember that art is friendships help others have a good feeling about it. Art is our medicine & you are a good doctor.
